I would like to be given a refund or a correct code for the 25$ i spent at mt druitt JB-HI-FI for a digital 25$ xbox code to then purchuse games music movies or tv shows i took this fulty code back to JB-HI-FI and they told me to contact microsoft and ask
you because as they activait the code they say its then all microsofts responibility to ask for refunds or repairs to fulty codes such as mine, i had tryed this on your websight, xbox one, xbox 360 as well. I hope this is enough infomaiton because im a bit
upset that my 25$ was pointles so please if its not to much to ask i would be to be refunded with a code that works please

I've removed the code/token from the title. If support needs it they will ask for it privately. There are some things you can try first and alternatively you can also contact support here ->
