    I was simply attempting to play music on my Lumia 530 and I started getting this error.

    I honestly can't believe there is no fix/update for some users like myself that have tried the above recommended steps.

    Second largest tech company in the world and they can't fix this...... absolute Dog-sh_t

    I do not believe they can't, more like there busy on other things and don't care about this 'minor' issue, otherwise there would be an update surely, Can't be soooo hard for the MS giants, i mean how long has this error been around.... its hardly a new
    thing

    last resort i'll Pm Damienlogos and just hope

    Microsoft need to get there act together, things like this send people to the 'other' console.

    Tried everything and no fixes. went as far as reinstalling windows. still not working. Surface Pro1

    Same error for me. Seems to be the tracks that are synced via Onedrive thats affected. All other tracks works for me. Lumia 1520/630.

    Ditto here. Had to drive for an hour and a half and couldn't listen to any of my OneDrive albums. OF ALL THE DAYS for stupid OneDrive to go down! Jesus!

    Well, might be the link between Music and OneDrive. When i access the Musicfiles via the Onedrive app on My Phone the tracks play, just no playlists (since im just accessing files via Onedrive) and such but Onedrive Is up and running.

    on my 1020 as well Xbox on other devices error code: C101AB61 :( I like what microsoft is trying to do but none of my m,ucis on onedrive is working through my xbox music. I upgraded my phone to window 10 and my music didnt work at all! went back to 8.1 and was happy but now my songs arent playing.
    This is the reason I am slowly losing all my windows devices

    Getting the same issue to. Restarted phone checked my account was signed in. It just gets stuck at syncing!

    I chatted with a support agent and they said, "I am afraid there is a service outage that is causing this issue. It has been happening on and off with the Music app on both the phones and computers. At the moment, we do not have a timeline for when it will
    be sorted out."

    So at least Microsoft/Xbox knows about it Xbox on other devices error code: C101AB61 :)
