Xbox on other devices error code: 0x409

Tried everything and no fixes. went as far as reinstalling windows. still not working. Surface Pro1

This is ridicolous! Having the same error over and over again. Unbelievable it hasn't been patched. And that link your staff members were posting aren't working any more... Fix your stuff Microsoft seriously!

 

I honestly can't believe there is no fix/update for some users like myself that have tried the above recommended steps.

I do not believe they can't, more like there busy on other things and don't care about this 'minor' issue, otherwise there would be an update surely, Can't be soooo hard for the MS giants, i mean how long has this error been around.... its hardly a new

last resort i'll Pm Damienlogos and just hope

Microsoft need to get there act together, things like this send people to the 'other' console.

ok in Damienlogos list to work through, No7 says copy & paste .... i copied all including location:

copy and paste just this bit below it worked for me

I had this issue. Turns out I had to verify my Microsoft Account. Settings>Accounts>Verify. #3 on this list
