'XBox On' No response

I have checked and double checked the settings. The Xbox one is set to switch on with the command of 'Xbox on' but it does nothing.

All the other voice commands work perfect. I have said this in so many ways, (being British I even tried with an American accent but still nothing).

Any advice?

It is obvious that no one pays any attention to what is posted here. I had Microsoft Jigsaw on my Surface RT and recently loaded it on my new Laptop\Tablet. I am missing 200000 gold bars, all the challenges I completed between mid May and mid December,
and 10 collections that I had purchased and completed are still showing as 'NEW', while other collections that I had completed are no longer completed. Also there should be some way to remove collections you have completed from your computer for the sake
of space.

Hey, I think if they have said that they would make a UA claim on the account they would have taking a note and have giving you a case number to fall back on. If so, call back customer service to hear them out on how far they are with the claim.

 

It's quite hit and miss for me (I'm in the UK as well). Most of the time it works on the second time I try it. Recently I think I've worked out that it needs to have a larger delay between the 'Xbox' and the 'On' for it to work. Try "Xbox......On". Other
Kinect commands seem to work better for me if I don't leave a delay. I would also imagine these things will improve over time.. the 360 Kinect got significantly better over time, and I read somewhere due to the new Kinect they had to start again, and so it's
not a surprise that it's a little worse at things like this to start with.

Also, as the Kinect isn't fully on and doing all the noise cancellation stuff, it's never really worked for me unless the room is very quiet.

 

Thank you for that I will give it another go later, I was just worried that maybe there was a fault or something on the system. Maybe when it was off, it was totally off. From what I remember, it takes ages to start up from either of the settings,
but I may be wrong.

I am not in the UK, but Xbox one is not available here yet, so they have actually taken us completely from the options to be able to put where we live. also....it would never understand me speaking French in a heavy english accent haha
