I have had this issue myself many times. There have been many self-solved solutions. Here are the things I've had to do to fix it:

1. Restart Xbox

2. Power Restart (Full restart with the green Xbox screen)

3. Delete/Remove current internet option in settings and then connect to it again

4. Restart your internet router

WORST CASE SCENARIO: Literally try again in a few hours. I've had to do this before.
