    Good evening,

    My xbox profile is appearing offline and i didn´t change anything. I swich to online in my profile but it swichs back to offline. I go to privacy and online safety to set eveything to allow and friends and it still appearing offline and my friends can´t play
    with me.

    Can you please help me

    Can you start by power cycling the console to see if that works? Hold the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Then restart it and see if you still have the same issue.

    Looks like your device is offline. PC

    you could double check that your xbox is set to online mode and not offline mode. - offline mode
