XBOX Offline update and Reset both stuck at 86%

Osu doesn't put you on the current update it put you back at the base os you still.need to connect online to update the console

Are you part of the insiders program?

If so DONt use the osu

You must remove yourself first but since you used the osu you need a Windows 10 pc then download the insiders hub to remove yourself

When troubleshooting insiders issues you must use the regedit xboxinsiders

And.no you can't use osu with insiders as per the insiders aggreement as the os would.be higher then any current public release

You would need to remove yourself beforehand and then factory reset to restore the base os

No as stated in my original question the OFFLINE UPDATE with an OSU usb stick also gets stuck at 86%

I do not get any screen or error code when it reaches 86% it just gets stuck.

desired results.

Do you happen to have your console enrolled in the Preview Program to receive beta builds for the Xbox One? If so, then traditional troubleshooting will not work and if this is the case, I recommend that you

report this issue via the Insiders Hub app on a PC, as well as to the
Xbox Insiders subreddit page so that they may further help you troubleshoot the matter.

Should your console not be part of the Preview Program, then this may indicate that your console would need a repair; however, Microsoft no longer offers repairs on the original Xbox One consoles sadly, so the console may need to be replaced.

Did not work, went up by 1 percent then stopped. Tried it a few more times, it gets stuck at 86 percent now.
