XBox Obssesious Challenges

So I bought a digital copy of Fallout 4 Deluxe Edition from Microsoft and I even have the Benevolent Leader achievement but it doesn't show that I have earned any rewards points for it. Fallout 4 is on the qualifying games list, I spent more than $40 on
it and I purchased it from Microsoft so I should have completed the species 1 tier and unlocked species 3 and subsequently completed that since I've unlocked 51 achievements on fallout 4. Xbox rewards shows no progress at all for this event.

When did you purchase it? In order to qualify, the purchase and achievements have to be done during the offer period which began on April 1. Looking at your achievements for that game, you haven't earned any this month and it looks like you purchased the
game well before the offer began. So it wouldn't be eligible.
