Xbox Now?

Do you think Xbox will do something like Playstation Now? Maybe just a subsrciption service to be able to play all the Xbox 360 games?

If you mean the duke controller, you can't use the original controller. You would need to buy the newer version for the Xbox one which is this

I'm still apprehensive about PS Now, I think latency is going to be a huge issue that will effect most users.

This is why MS are no planning to do that ATM.

 

MS Already made a statement before that Playstation Now was announced that Latency and internet speeds currently are too much in flux to be able to have a standard and base it on reliable connections. I feel that this type of service will only appeal to
those with dedicated high speed lines. The majority of people will probably not use this.

 

That without mention that some people think that program is BC when it isn't .

 

I wasnt saying an online streaming one, maybe just they bring back the games by Digital Download.

already exists. i own forza, BF4, ghosts, DR3, KI (free version), Ryse, rivals pre season and all were brought digitallly on release date (except forza but it was availbale)

 

You have to realize that the PS3 already had an 8cell processor and ill bet my bottom dollar that it didn't use all or them most likely just 4 (aka what we have now) so its easier to code the PS3 games to the PS4. Xbox on the other hand has a special power
pc 3 core. Xbox would literally have to re write the code to work and MS already said it wasn't worth doing because only a small percentage used it from the original Xbox to the 360.

[/quote]Sony's console was using different architecture in their PS3 than what's in the PS4. They went from cell processor that they made in conjunction with IBM, to one made by AMD.

 

But they still have coding for 4 cores like we do now so its compatable

 

What, the SPEs that don't talk PPC but have their own custom ISA? There were seven of them, plus the PPC core.
