Xbox notification issue

when a friend go online or any other notification come out its says hold for details or hold to open profile etc.... but when i hold the X button , the controller turn off and my xbox go home and sometimes it open the notification but controller turn
of as well ! ! please fix that in the next update

Check your notifications. I've had recent issues with games not popping up and when I check notifications there's a boat load there

Hey there TPrach,

Sorry to hear about the notification problem. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console? Have you tried to remove your profile from the console and re-add it
to see if that helped?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed
Upload Speed
Latency
Packet Loss %
Wireless Strength (if applicable)

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

In the future remember to not use other gtags in the forums

Sorry about using other gamertags but I don't see how else this issue could have been addressed. Is there another way to get information to the moderators in addition to reporting via the console? I don't have him listed as a friend. I've only sent him one
message since winter 2018 (which was 3 weeks ago) warning him about this. Thank you.

I haven't tried them yet mate as most of mine are turned off but judging by the sound of your description it would be nice if they offered "small, medium, large" notifications for the user to choose from.
