Xbox Notification Bug

Hello, I have been experiencing problems with my xbox notifications, every time I sign into my account , at the bottom center of the screen it says 'Hi (my name)' and the notifications just stays there and does not disappear , I have tried finding it in
my notification settings but there's nothing I can do about it. I have tried restarting my console, and it seems to still be happening, in any of you know the solution, that would help a lot. Thanks.

so I have this recent bug on my app where I have one single notification that I can’t see so the app always has a 1 next to my notifications icon. How do I fix this?

Hey there DuffGibbles,

That's a weird one for sure. Let's have you try to perform a full
Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though.

Hi Illinorr,

Having a corrupted profile is one of the possible reasons why you're unable to receive any notification to join a game. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign out your profile from the Xbox app and restart your computer before signing in again.

Step 2: Check your NAT type. Make sure that your NAT is Open. To do this, you may follow the steps provided on the link below:

"I can't hear my friends online, or I can't join or host a multiplayer game with my Xbox One"

I would like to know if this is from an update or my xbox is bugged and will a factory reset clear this problem.
