    XBOX NOT WORKING


    My xbox Has not been working at all for the past two days and Microsoft & Xbox Support SUCK Everytime I try to start up a game it says “Are you the owner of this app” or “ Check your connection” My connection is perfectly fine but it keeps saying cannot connect to “DCHP” Server or Just Loads forever. I’ve tried every way at restarting this console and nothing seems to work. Now people are telling me to factory reset the console Without erasing apps It says something about Could not delete home association? And it says it will erase all my data will it erase my game data? like say i have accounts connected to my xbox account or Something I purchased through xbox? what will it do

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!
