Xbox not working what should I do?

I think maybe 3 months ago I bought an Xbox One elite controller from Amazon. But I got delivered a second hand 1 TB Forza Motorsport 5 edition Xbox One (the product was supplied by Amazon) but I set it up and I can't access any of the games, it can't connect
to online. Pretty much it's blocked from everything, i had a small look at some posts and it seems it might have been blocked becaus edit was a stolen Xbox? I'm not 100% sure about it though.I haven't done much about it until now. What should I do about it?

Cannot connect to my xbox live account for about a week ...

Not sure why, but xbox live is now working. I haven't done anything in the last day, so I'm not sure what has happened. Guess I should just be greatful it works again.

Not seeing what i should be

First off i have to say i have no problem connection to live and logging in or staying connected my problem is what im seeing when playing live. an example of this is if im coming up on a corner and ADS before rounding and there is a guy there and i open
up fire he never dies and than when it goes to replay it shows me rounding the corner before i was even there and not even fireing a shot at him. I dont know if this is lag or what the hell it is but it is getting annoying. another situation if im head to
head with a guy and i open up fire first and empty half my clip and get hit markers he dont die i do than on replay it only shows me getting 3 rounds off. can someone explain this and does anyone else see this at all. i have changed out modem/router, tried
different cables, so im starting to think its my ISP and before anyone jumps on my speeds. i have run speed tests and i am getting 25Mbps upstream/5Mbps downstream and around a 60ms ping (when i ping google) so can someone please help.

Yes i have played oblivion still have well not really one of my family members is borrowing it and has been for 2 years now. everytime i ask for it back they are like no im still playing it and its not even being played. I have actually been playing the
game and finding it more enjoying recently. Im guessing ill stick with this character i have right now.

Unfortunately that code usually means the code wasn't activated properly by the retailer. Usually you would need to try taking it back to where it was purchased, but since it's been so long that probably wouldn't be possible. You would need to try contacting

First time I played I thought the curse meter was a poison meter as those frogs in the Depths are the first curse applying enemy you meet (if not the only?). A big hint is the very convenient placement of Oswald of Carim and the Undead Lady merchant (both who,
now, sell curse stones).
