    Xbox not working since I got Fifa 24 disk


    Hiya, I purchased Fifa 24 disk, 2 days after I got it my xbox one hasn't been working. When I turn the xbox on I can see the green 'who's playing screen' when I click that there is a white waiting bit around the name, sometimes it doesn't get any further than that or it goes to just a blank screen then nothing works from there. It's been turned on an off and unplugged but it's still not working, I've tried all the troubleshooting options. Do you think the xbox is no longer working and could Fifa have caused the issues? Any help or support much appreciated. Thank you

    Xbox one disc drive after update!!

    I'm having the same problem. Update came through after work yesterday. I went to put FIFA in and the disk actually got stuck 3/4th of the way in. I was able to pull it out without any damage. After a reset the first game I put in (Rayman Legends) worked
    fine. Then I switched to FIFA and I got the error message. Another reset and FIFA was fine. Switched to Rayman and error message. Reset and Rayman was fine. But I cannot switch games without doing a reset.

    I think they are having issues. My fifa 15 won't start now which I got from the xbox store. It mentions a disk but I don't have one due to being digital

    Yea even a hard reset doesn't fix the problem and I know it's not the disk drive because eventually it will read but I am so tired of putting the disk in then taking it out cleaning it. Reseting the xbox putting in the disk taking it out putting it back
    in doing a hard reset. Hoping it works taking the disk out and putting it back in. It takes me 8 tries for fifa to work and 6 for Titan fall

    Hi, does it matter whether it’s a download from the Microsoft store or does it have to be the physical disk; will either version work?

    I’m not sure about disc but I have got both versions of fifa 22 downloaded from Microsoft store and they work
