Xbox not working properly

    Xbox not working properly


    Everytime I try to log into my xbox it takes 20 - 30min and sometimes it will just not work and instead offer me to restart or reset my xbox. However if it does log me in and I click on a app or game it says it took to long to start and it doesn't work. I hope someone could advise me on how to fix it .

    Hello brewedfresh , this sounds like you may have either an issue with your power supply, or it may be something internal with the Xbox it's self. For starters, try this link for some troubleshooting steps support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly

    Now, if those steps don't do anything to solve your problem, you'll want to contact Official Xbox Support either by phone or on their official chat support to see if you may need to have a replacement sent to you. So start with the trouble shooting steps
    there, and if that doesn't help contact official support.

    Hello, have you contacted Microsoft support? I guess your console is less than 2 years old, if that's the case, it's still guaranteed.
