Xbox not working properly

My xbox stopped working in the beginning of april this year. I turned it on one morning and it took forever on the green loading screen when i got to the dashboard/menu it was laggy and freezing. I tried playing fortnite and i played a couple games the
graphics were weird and the game eventually crashed. I noticed there was a update recently i tried doing it but it doesn’t complete. The next day i tried power cycling resetting and also resetting to factory default. But it didn’t help. Now Im stuck at a black
screen. I pulled up the troubleshoot screen and i tried restarting my xbox but my xbox wont restart. My xbox controller sometimes also takes forever to sync with the xbox. I also got the startuperrors, i dont know why its doing this when its only 5 months
old. Btw it is a xbox one s all digital. Im really frustrated right now because its quarantine so i cant send it to microsoft for a replace or repair. I also dont have a flashdrive that has 6gb to do a offline update. I guess i wasted $250. And $80 worth of
games.

Hello brewedfresh , this sounds like you may have either an issue with your power supply, or it may be something internal with the Xbox it's self. For starters, try this link for some troubleshooting steps support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly

Now, if those steps don't do anything to solve your problem, you'll want to contact Official Xbox Support either by phone or on their official chat support to see if you may need to have a replacement sent to you. So start with the trouble shooting steps
there, and if that doesn't help contact official support.

Hello, have you contacted Microsoft support? I guess your console is less than 2 years old, if that's the case, it's still guaranteed.
