Xbox not working... (Please Help)!!!

Got my Xbox One today and the xbox won't turn on at all, it's not the power pack because it has a constant orange light and according to the support.xbox that means it is working, everything is plugged in correctly but when I press the button to turn on
the xbox it doesn't do a thing, doesn't beep, doesn't light up, doesn't give off any signs of life. Please help me don't want to have to send it back if it's something I can fix myself with help from someone.

When I click on a puzzle, it acts like it's loading, and then the screen just shuts down. What's going on and what can I do to make it work again?

I torrented gta san andreas for xbox 360 and it's working well but cheats aren't working ..Please help!

 

You can get a constant orange light if its not connected to the console so make sure it is fully connected to the console also unplug from mains 30 seconds plug back in and try again

try turning on using your controller that's how I first turned mine on

 

Tried already mate no joy... Nice to know that the xbox teams taking this seriously....

 

It looks like it needs exchanged I would contact where you got it from they should give you a new one in its place sorry I cant be more help
