    xbox not updating


    my Xbox one is updating but it stopped at 2% and it's been a few hours. before I tried updating it when I turned it on it would show a blank screen and a had to wait about 10 minutes for it to work again but I couldn't load my games and apps or open any games, so I decided to update my console.

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
