xbox not updating online info

my xbox one says i'm online, checks on the networking and multiplayer status' show no problems. When i try to play a game i get a prompt saying "we couldn't get your latest saved data". my friends list has been frozen for the last day and a half with the
same 24 people doing the same 24 things the entire time. PLEASE HELP! how do i fix this issue, i've tried hard resetting already.

Xbox TV Channel Info not updating

Hello,

Recently some new channels became available in my market (TSN 3, 4 and 5). They replaced existing listings. While you can go to the channels and receive the correct content the One Guide is still showing the old programming. I tried resetting and clearing
via the Settings...what else can I try?

My Xbox Live Not Updating Info....

Hey guys what's going on,

This happened to me yesterday, I hopped on the Xbox One, like not actually hopped on it, in case I break the dam thing. Anyway I hopped on and see 7 friends on the friends list, but no activity feed and other things. I was like alright, must be a small issue
that they'll fix shortly, so I'll let it go by. I checked it today, still no activity feed and oddly enough, it shows the same friends on, doing the same thing like yesterday. Even though, I'm connected to Xbox Live. I've restarted it, restarted the router,
disconnected the connection from Xbox Live, everything and it hasn't been fixed. The only solution I might have is to restore it to factory settings, but honesty, I don't want to. Is there any other solutions that may solve the problem?

Hello Guitarman! Are you in the preview program? You might want to try power cycle your console. Just hold down the power button for 5 seconds to power off. I also had the same problem and I removed my account and added it again and it works.

 

I removed and reapplied the account info but the problem hasn't been resolved. I also tried power cycling. I'm still getting the same prompt when i launch a game but now the system can't recall my friends list or my gamerscore. strangely call of duty still
remembers all my progress but fallout does not. I am in the preview program but i'm not sure if that's what is causing the issue.
