Xbox not updating anything.

SO my first Xbox one S isn't updating anything right. I wake up one morning and it just would download any update at all. And then something else happened to where I couldn't even play any games that were already updated. So basically I turn the xbox off
turn it back on i was able to play games that were already installed, But if I tried to update either GTA V or Gears of war 4 it would work and I wasn't able to open up any other game to play. Even tried to do a full factory reset and wipe everything and still
didn't work. So i put it aside. I go out and buy a new xbox one s. Get home plug it all in and it wouldn't even update the system software after a few attempts I got to the xbox site download the latest update put it on my usb drive plug it into my Brand new
Xbox and update it that way. After it finishes still get the same problem to where nothing downloads, Can't even download the Media Player. So i take it back to my local store and get it replaced with another New Xbox one s. Get home set it up and this time
I didn't even plug my External HD in it. All i have pluged in is the power cored, HDMI cord and my internet cord. This time it updated after about 9 times of saying "Something Went Wrong try again later". So it finally updates, But now still got the same problem
won't download anything. I mean come on the media player is like 40mb and can't even download it. Yet when I go and test the internet connection it says everything is good. And I'm getting 90Mbps download. So it's not my net. Anyone know on how I can fix this?
It's really starting to annoy me.

18 hours of xbox one updating and we've not played or loaded anything successfully. Nothing plays from a disc, nothing works yet. The whole planet must be updating Xbox. The website says its all working fine, broadband is the best I can get, yet nothing
will work.

Because this is happening across multiple brand new consoles, it's definitely sounding more in-line with a network issue. Can you share all detailed network statistics as well as the make and model of your network hardware? Thanks!

 

So i just got a new modem today and that didn't change a thing.. I have tried different Ethernet cords and tried using wireless. Still my xbox won't update and game. My xbox says my network statistics are,

Download is 93.75 Mbps

Upload speed is 4.25

Packet Loss is 0%

Latency is 126ms.

I'm not sure what else I can try. I've done everything else..

All my other devices work on my internet right but not my xbox. But what is even more weird is that I can connect my xbox to my phones hotspot and it starts to download the updates and stuff.. I can't figure out why.

What is the make and model of the modem you switched to? Also, have you reached out to your ISP to see if they have any download restrictions in place?
