Xbox not turning on Displayed an error message

Before i could write down this error message my brick cable at the back is very loose for some reason and poof gone Only bit i got down was e200

I have only had this xbox 1tb since christmas and have spent over 500 on it already Including accessorys 1 live gold and games

I will try the offline device update thing tomorow but im scared if it will loose my data as ive spent over 2.4 days into fallout 4 and starting again is like ripping off my foot.

I came from ps3 thinking xbox would be better but my ps3 never had errors and now im starting to think should i go to ps4 as they seem to be working more often and less errors.

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.

If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

 

Is your power cord always loose? It should be snug and secure. If it is loose all the time then that could definitely cause errors.

 

It can be pulled out easily i push it in at the hardest its an e200 error now Kappa
