    Hi, so last night my movie froze, but the controller wouldn't function, nor could I turn it off via the power button. So I unplugged it and this morning, I wouldn't even connect to my T.V. My HDMI's are all fine, sometimes it connects and gives me a black
    screen, other times it simply just turns off by itself.

    I've tried the suggested things like turning it off for 10 seconds, then holding the power and eject buttons, but the thing is, when I hold both, I don't even get the first beep let alone the second, the light won't even come on when I'm holding. My controller
    won't even vibrate when I hold it either. Same with the power+connect button.

    I've tried contacting Microsoft support, but apparently, they don't take calls or even online chats for these matters(Shows how much they care for the community) so, if anyone has any tips or help, it would be greatly appreciated.
