Xbox not starting and controller not connecting.

My xbox 1s crashed and it was frozen so it powered it down and then booted it up again to see if that would fix it. But when I booted it back up again nothing showed up on my screen and the controller was not connecting to the xbox. I've tried connecting
he controller back to the xbox but it doesn't connect. I tried accessing the troubleshooting menu. It didn't work. I tried starting it up at a refused resolution. It didn't work. I tried unplugging everything, waiting a few minutes, then booting it up again.
It didn't work. Ive even tried just booting it up and waiting to see the green startup screen, but nothing ive tried has worked. The microsoft website and YouTube doesn't have anything helpful, so I fear that I might have to het a new xbox, which would be
very expensive. Ive tried everything i can think of, and none of it worked so if you can think of something that might fix it please say.

this is a known common issue. a few things that worked for me.

1. connect the controller to the laptop rather than xbox. i use the xbox wireless apadter so i can wirelessly connect my controller to the laptop.

or

2. start the xbox then load the game. once in the game start the xbox app and start streaming it to your laptop. then resync the controller to the xbox. this works 8 out of 10 times.

for a start the xbox consoles don't have bluetooth, they use wifi for the controller connections, the controllers have bluetooth to connect to pc without a dongle or phones.

steam supports many controllers as it is on the pc platform which has the largest support for controllers than anywhere.

Hi, make sure you are both connected to xbox live, then with the 1st account start the game, and choose a character to play with, and start a level. Then the 2nd gamer can come in and press the menu button (start button on a xbox 360 controller) on the
2nd controller to join in.

There should be a small bottom on the xbox controller and also a small bottom the front face of the xbox one.press both at the same time and have controller close to xbox to connect.once connected,and playing on a minecraft world.the player who isnt connect
needs to press start on their controller to appear in the world...hope this helped
