Xbox not starting after update E102 code

Getting E102 code so need to do an offline system update. How do I know which OSU I need. Confused as OS version that comes up at the bottom of the troubleshooting screen is 220202-1734

I don't know what this means, sorry....

An Insiders Build means, at some point, you signed up for the Insiders program....basically, you get to test out featuires etc before they become widely distributed. The code you initially posted would point to it being an Insiders build....which then means you can't just use the normal OSU. The independent Advisor either knows more than me or are simply ingoring the build number and assuming things.

Personally, I would wait for clarification from someone else before doindg anything else...whilst the IA may be right, they also won't be paying for repairs if they are wrong

Yes sorry, my bad, you need to use the OSU 2 then the OSU 3 you use both, please refer to this link for the steps in proper order

Mine is an original Xbox one 1540 and I can't find what os it is.

After the 2/5/22 update the os version says it is 2202.220202-1734 at the bottom of the troubleshooter screen and I can't navigate anywhere else so what do I do apart from assume it must be OSU 2 or 3 , but which??

Hi I have same model as you and my version is 2202.220202-1734 but I have an issue which maybe due to this update not sure though! (see my post) but I can play games normally when not constantly interrupted. Before you do anything it maybe wise to do a system backup should thing's go wrong. I do not work for or affiliated to Microsoft or any of its affiliates Maybe someone with more experience who dose work for Microsoft can help you with the system backup and give you a positive accurate answer I hope this helps you and stay safe =)
