Xbox not sending signal to the TV

    Does anyone have a solution or ever experienced this problem. Xbox one works fine everyday then suddenly everything works except no signal to the TV. The next morning, I check again and everything is back to normal. Then, the very next day, today, no signal
    again to the TV. I have already checked all of the hdmi cords to verify that they are working properly, so the issue has to be with the console itself, right? Please help as I am losing my mind looking for a solution.

    Xbox One X 4K pass thru?

    When you say 4K pass through, are you talking about a 4K source sending the TV signal to the Xbox and then to the TV? Or sending the Xbox1 X 4K signal to pass through a 4K receiver and then to the 4K TV?

    Its there but it isn't

    Can you share the make and model of your television? Generally the TV sends a digital signal back to the Xbox One to notify it's connected and I'm wondering if perhaps the TV isn't sending that signal despite displaying fine.

    That is strange. To determine whether the problem lies with the Xbox or your TV, you'll have to do a little troubleshooting.

    • If your Xbox is turned on but there's no video, try doing a
      power cycle      .
    • Ensure your HDMI connections at the TV and Xbox are secured. If a slight jiggle at either end is interrupting the video signal, you may have a loose port or worn cable.
    • Try different HDMI cables.
    • Try different HDMI ports on the TV.
    • Try a different TV (if available) and check if you get the same kind of problem.

    Having a similar problem...

    All was fine last night, but this morning the xbox is not sending a signal to the tv.

    I've tried every combination or cords, monitors, etc...noithing. I had the Green screen at one point but it froze...I also had the restart to factory settings screen but it froze also.

    How can I just restart it so its from the factory?

    Started having the same problem yesterday, Might be a software bug update. Are you in the preview program? Yesterday i started getting the no signal issue for no reason.everything was working fine until yesterday. I managed to power cycle it and set it to
    720p where it works just fine. if i try to set it to 1080p thats when i get the no signal. I have tried different Hdmi cables, switched Tv's but nothing lets me set it to 1080p.. i have been using the same TV for 8 months now and playing at 1080p..until yesterday.
    Try doing the powerbutton eject command and set it to 720p..

    Xbox One won't connect to tv

    Don't confuse what the xbox one will send to signal to vs. what the TV is set to receive.

    This is a TV issue based on what signals the TV can receive and how.

    Thanks, but the issue is the Xbox is not connecting/ sending a signal to the tv.
