    Xbox not running games


    A while ago one of my friends had a problem with his Xbox One where it wasn't playing any of his games except one, and it was playing it seamlessly. I fear that I may be experiencing the same problem as I have the same model as him and one of my games won't
    run, but the others will.

    When I boot the game up the first title card appears, it goes black (as it always has), then either crashes or closes.

    I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this.

    there is no way to add that, you will have to get a MS drive instead of the 3rd party one that is missing it that is why your game does not play.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Have you checked for an update? I know mine updated a fee days ago and also had another download for the XB Live Minecraft.

    The only other thing I can think of is uninstall and reinstall it and see if maybe that will give you a possibly updated version if it shows no update.
