    Xbox not responding


    I can’t go to anything in my Xbox.I press a button but it won’t take me there it just presses it and nothing happens. I try to go to my apps but it won’t let me.Ive had this problem for a week and Ive reset the Xbox a couple times.I can’t even play games
    either.Im stuck on the home screen most of the time.Its not like it’s frozen it just doesn’t responds whenever I press a button on the Xbox.

    XBOX ONE NOT RESPONDING

    Go to Home screen > Settings > Disc & Blu-ray >Blu-ray> Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage, Please do this three times to make sure that all corrupted cached files on the console's memory are removed. Don't need to worry since this won't delete
    any of your saved games or achievements. Then after that hold the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off then turn it back on and that should fix the problem.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Since you have already tried multiple controllers the issue can be with the console. Kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps.

    Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Absolutely having the same issue and am pretty much stuck on the troubleshooting page with the 102 error code.Can't perform any kind of reset or even a complete factory reset.

    check that the space does not cause interference, in the accessory app you can verify that the control has the latest updates that may be the cause of the problems

    Today I was trying to make it works again, then I ended up controlling my Xbox through my mobile, but then the joystick and another buttons were randomly being pressed.

    So, it looks like BOTH controllers, somehow, managed to send commands to my Xbox One every time
