Xbox not resolving dns server names, while all other devices connect perfectly

I have 3 xbox's in my house everyone of them connects to the wifi, but when its checking the connection it says that the dns isn't resolving xbox server names. At the current network status it says the Nat type is unavailable and all other devices in my house connects perfectly to the wifi and internet. I have tried everything from restarting my router and xbox's to clearing the MAC addresses, but nothing has worked. Could it be a problem on the ISP's side. Please help, I.d appreciate any advice.

    :)

Xbox not resolving dns server names, while all other devices connect perfectly

Hey C, sorry you're dealing with this annoying network problem. I can understand how this can be tricky to resolve.

If all your Xbox consoles are having the same issue while other devices work fine, it could be a DNS issue specific to how the Xbox connects to Xbox Live. Since you’ve already tried restarting everything and clearing MAC addresses, try manually setting a public DNS on one of the consoles, like Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, to see if that helps.

You can also try connecting one Xbox to a mobile hotspot to test if it works on a different network. If it does, that points to a possible issue with your home network or ISP. In that case, it’s worth contacting your provider to check if anything is affecting your connection to Xbox services.

Hope you can get this sorted out soon! Let me know if you have any questions!
