    Xbox not recognizing seagate external hard drive


    My xbox has stopped recognizing my seagate. It's an older xbox but its never given me a single problem before. After I downloaded Elden ring onto it it started being all weird and not allowing things to download. I took off the hard drive and tried reconnecting it but it wouldn't recognize it. I ended up just downloading Elden ring onto my main hard drive and finishing it but I still want to access my external hard drive.

    Do you have a Windows PC or Laptop? It may not work through MacBook.

    I was already in sleep mode but I still tried restarting my xbox and see if anything changes but still nothing. I do however have a macbook that I can connect my seagate into.
