Xbox not reading titanfall

Ok so here goes, i got Titanfall when it was first out, played it flat out first 3 days or so and never went back. That was untill yesterday i decided to give it another go, and much to my surprise it failed to read the disc :/ Its in better condition than
my ghosts or anything but yet it just doesnt read it, no "Do you own this game or app?" or error message. (its the only game i have that does this) and there isnt a mark on the disc. The tile on the xbox home is the same as ever just says "insert disc", .
Been looking around the interwebs but all the problems about the disc reader are people whos games arnt working at all. Ryse, DR3, Ghosts and BF4 all work for me just not Titanfall. Not sure as to what the problem is, so help would be apreciated !

XBOX ONE still can be better despite the updates!

If I was home I'd be playing "Titanfall" on my XBox ONE instead of reading about you complaining.

"Titanfall" is the answer.

I play Ghosts, Battlefield 4, and Titanfall

 

Could be a problem with the installation. What happens if you try to run the game without the disc in?

I'd try deleting the game from your console and re-installing it to see if that helps.

 

I am recently having similar issues with the drive not recognizing and reading that a disc is inserted. In my case, when the drive doesn't recognize the disc, I press eject, but as soon as the disc comes out, the drive "wakes up" and sucks the game back
in and reads it, as if there are no issues. Try ejecting and reinserting. My console has been perfect, used to be a part of the beta builds, but I have opted out because of these drive issues popping up. I now have the recent May build, but it is still glitching.
Seeing how my Xbox was perfevt before the updates, indicates this could be a software issue, so ihopefully the next June update recitifies this!

Long story short, try rebooting, ejecting and reinserting, factory defaults etc.

Already had it uninstalled so i couldnt tell you what happens when you try to run it without the disc. But i just left it a day and tryed reinstalling it, wouldnt read it at first. But after a couple of times putting it in, it eventually did. Hopefully after
its installed again, there wont be any problems.. Fingers crossed
