Xbox not reading Fifa 17

    Xbox not reading Fifa 17


    So i have Fifa 17 on disc with very minimal scratches... and my Xbox wont read the disc, please help, i don't know how to fix it.

    Fifa 17 pre order

    just been reading up on the internet i sold my xbox one what i pre ordered fifa on. For the new xbox one s and i was a preview member on my old xbox. people are saying that i wont be able to see fifa 17 pre order till i get an update on my new xbox.

    Sorry to see any disc reading issues. The console can be very particular in what condition discs are in, and will throw a fit if there's some scratches on it. If you are able to use other Xbox One or Blu-ray discs just fine, then we normally suggest to replace
    the disc and see if that helps you out. There's more information on
    troubleshooting disc reading issues     in that linked support article for you.
