The destination folder for the app is c:\program files\WindowsApp. This is a hidden and system folder. I advise against proceeding manually and suggest considering the options I have already provided.

It is already turned on but still, it is not working. Could it be a corruption in the Xbox data or what?

Turn off your antivirus except for defender

Antivirus programs.can make false .positives and slow down your computer

I remember one guy who was using a two way firewall who was a it guy who didn't know what false positives were

Or how xbox doesn't run Windows programs lol that his firewall was reporting was a server virus

No! It happened even before I installed Malwarebytes and other programs, and Xbox is working fine even with a firewall.
