Xbox not loading games or even settings sometimes

I have had my Xbox for around 7 years and it has served me well, with the only issues I’ve really had being the disk drive.

But now all of a sudden all my games either can’t load or take 10 minutes just to get into the main menu and another 15 minutes just to try and get into a game, and IF I get into a game most the time all the my textures haven’t loaded and it crashes if I have to load a new part of the map. For example whem playing Star Wars Battlefront 2, when the action is moved from the ground into a ship it will either crash or none of my textures load in and I can’t move. Even worse sometimes when I attempt to load up SETTINGS it just dosen’t work.

I have attempt to reset my Xbox numerous times and have tried to clear it’s cache but no real change that helped.

Any help would be much appericated,

Thank you for the quick responses.

I have tried to power down the xbox but it did not work.

And I don’t have a extrenal hard drive so if it is the hard drive it’s an intrenal hard drive.

Please try powering off the Xbox, unplugging the power, then plug it back in and turn it back on.

The issue you're describing seem like a failing hard drive or just a general hardware failure. Are your games running from the internal hdd or an external drive?

Sometimes, but Most of the Times the game doesnt even load
