xbox not loading any online game but is connected to internet and xbox live

Tried checking your NAT Type? Should be open Nat otherwise you wont be able to join multiplayer games etc

I would try doing a hard reset. I have included how to properly do the reset below. If it doesnt work the first time, sometimes it can take 2 times to work. It also could be servers for the game you are trying to play. You can search their info and see if
they have a known service alert or report yours.

1. Holding the power button down for 10 seconds while the system is on will perform a hard reset.
2. The Xbox One Will Switch Off.
3. Power on the Xbox One again. You'll see a green start-up screen.

I tried the hard reset and checked all servers on the games their fine but still no luck playing online

I have the digital version, the game won't load without an Internet connection when I turn on my Xbox one but if I turn on the Xbox one with an Internet connection it loads and if I unplug the Internet from the Xbox one after I'm signed into Xbox live it
also loads, I tried redownloading but it's the same result, all my other games work offline and there's nothing on the devs official sites or anywhere on the internet about this game needing Internet to play, and there is no message when the game won't load
telling me I must have an Internet connection or connect to Xbox live, I hope this issue will be patched
