Xbox not loading any apps/games

It was working perfectly fine the last few days, was watching Netflix for a while then when I got back on I played gta for a little and everything was normal. Shut it off and come back to it later and it will not load netflix. I tried YouTube, gta, skate 3, Cold War, and nothing loaded. If I try to load an app/game the Home Screen and side menu do not work or don’t even appear at all.

I have hard reset, power cycled, settings reset, cleared all saved data on the console, restarted it many times, let it sit off for a while and tried again and it still wouldn’t work.

That truly is odd Putin, please be sure to contact Xbox to solve this issue! This seems like a real issue with your account!

Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

Once again this seems like a licencing issue and highly recommend checking it with Xbox! Remember, this is the community forum, we are only gamers just like you. I'm really sorry about the issue and totally understand the frustration Putin! I hope you can solve this issue.

Yeah exactly so I’m not sure why I keep losing all my games, it’s pretty annoying honestly. Everytime a Microsoft product of mine forces a prompt it ends up bricking the console/pc. Have had this exact same issue with 7 computers, an Xbox 360, and now my Xbox one. Just about done with their company tbh. Buy games I don’t get, pay for gold I don’t get, I get random bans when I haven’t even been on the console in a month, have had to make over 4 accounts because they just keep deciding to delete or ban my accounts. 98% of the time I am playing alone because of this **** and it still happens. I just want my Xbox to work like an Xbox should. Also that 3 button combo yo get to the troubleshoot page does not and hasn’t worked on this Xbox in years. Stopped working ever since I reset it the first time because they forced a prompt and it **** everything up. And now it’s doing it again but much worse. A simple “no” or “cancel” button instead of literally just “accept” on prompts would have saved my 7 computers, and my old Xbox.

All the games are kept on your digital library Putin you shouldn't have to pay for them again. Sorry to hear that this is not an option! Is there anything else I can do for you?
