    Xbox not letting me talk to my friend


    I need help for my problem. I cannot unmute my friend on xbox and we can no longer communicate. When I hit unmute, it just stays the same. When I view his full profile and hit unmute it changes until I view the profile again. How can we communicate and fix
    this problem

    I am also having this extract issue. My BF shows that I am muted on his end. I can hear him without a problem but he cannot hear me.

    We've made sure neither of us is blocked. We are both set to favorites. We have tried to refriend each other. Restart our xboxs.

    When he attempts to unmute me in the party tab nothing changes. On my profile he can click unmute but soon as he goes back to the party tab I am muted again.
