Xbox not letting me play multiplayer

I just set up my new internet at a new apartment and the Xbox One runs incredibly fast. Netflix, Youtube, and those apps work fine, but when I try to play a game (Overwatch, Battlefront, Smite) the game does not allow me to play online.

Overwatch: Loads me into game, pick character, kicks me and keeps me into a menu that continuously says "Game Found"

Battlefront: Lose connects 5-10 seconds when looking for match

Smite: Kicks back to main menu.

Multiplayer seems like the only problem. It says I have an Open NAT and again, every app runs smoothly.

Not playing multiplayer

I try to play multiplayer on transformers fall of cybertron but its not letting me it says that the file I have is not promoted to play multiplayer and its getting in my skin it's bugging me I can't play multiplayer please tell me! What can I do to play!

 

Dashboard'ing Error

I am still having this issue, idk what it is that its not letting me play multiplayer ...

 

what is your network equipment ? modem and router , brand and model #'s .......(I ask because certain ones have connection issues with xbox live ).....

 

Cisco modem, Netgear750 router. I had the same modem last year with no problems and my roommates PS4 works fine on multiplier

 

what is the model of the cisco ?......and an easy test is to hardwire the xbox straight into the cisco modem , reboot everything and test again....

 

Cisco DPC3010 DOCSIS 3.0 Modem

 

I would plug straight into it and see if it connects .....

 

If it does not work, what do you recommend?

 

if it does work , then the router may need some tweeks....if it still dosent , I would try your xbox on a different network if possible...friend or family member.....or maybe setup a wifi hotspot on your phone just to test....

 

How would I go about twerking the router?
