Xbox not letting me play Digital Games.

For some reason a few of my games that I have bought are not letting me launch the. When I try to launch the game I get error code(0x803F8001) and it tells me to either sign in to Xbox Live or buy the game. So far this is happening with Battlefront 2 and
Borderlands 2, both of which I have purchased via online key but now it is happening with free to play games such as Apex Legends. I'm signed in to the same account and I have checked to make sure I still have Xbox Live and I do. I have already gone through
the troubleshooting and it just tells me to re-buy the games. I'm not sure what to do and would appreciate any help. Thank you.

If you are sure that you did the purchase with your actual account ( check here with all contents and dates https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ ) , just
delete your account on the console and add it back to sync all correct infos.

Make sure you have purchased the games under your account and you are not gamesharing, the same goes for xbox live membership. If you still have issues contact xbox support.

commerce page for that purchase, if you are not able to find it this would indicate that this account does not own the content and you would need to purchase it to play.

When it comes to this error, youll want to perform a soft factory redet following the exact steps below.

1. Fully power down your Xbox by holding the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds.

2. Once powered down, remove the external drive and then hold down the eject and bind (sync) button on the Xbox.

(Do not release these 2 buttons.)

3. While holding those buttons, tap the power button on the Xbox once to power up the Xbox.

4. Listen for 2 separate power-up chimes.

5. A troubleshoot screen should pop up. After these two chimes release the buttons.

6. On the Troubleshoot screen, select Reset.

You will be provided with two options, if you do not wish to start clean, you can select keep games and apps and this will allow you to avoid reinstalling all apps and games.

Also, as long as the Xbox was connected to the internet, then all game saves would be stored in the cloud storage, those will sync back as soon as you get back online and launch a game.

Do not plug the external device back in at all.

Log into your accounts once the set up is complete.

Try launching games, apps and installing games onto the internal storage.

If everything runs normally, restart the Xbox and see if it remains normal.

If it is normal, power down the Xbox, insert the external drive and everything should be good to go

So now it will let me play the games I own digitally but not the ones I hot downloaded from gamepass lol xbox Is down big time sheesh
