Xbox not giving me the option to appeal a suspension. i've tried on my phone, xbox and macbook.

so as you can see i got a online communication suspension till the 1st october 2017. it's the 5th october and i'm still not able to send messages. i rang xbox support to ask why this is happening and apparently i've been banned till the end of december.
i want to appeal against this case but i literally cant do it on any device. a arrow is supposed to come up next to your enforcement history and i've tried on my xbox, phone and macbook and theres still no arrow. anyone else have any ideas what i can do to
resolve this?

No. I have no option to appeal, review. I have no idea what my suspension is or how long. This XBox Enforcement is a joke. I've tried calling, Twitter, everything with no idea of resolution.

 

Need help connecting to an Xfinity hotspot via macbook

A few months ago I followed a tutorial about how to connect to Xbox Live through a macbook hooked up to an Xbox with an ethernet cord. I could connect to Xbox Live for a while but recently it stopped working. There is a Comcast Xfinity hotspot near my house
that I use for internet and that I used to use for Xbox Live before it stopped working. I've tried a bunch of different tutorials around the web but none of them have fixed my problem. So far I've only gotten my Xbox to connect to the network and not the Internet,
and that only happens when I set the IP Address of my ethernet cord on my macbook to the same as the Gateway on my xbox. I know the IPv4 addresses for Comcast's DNS servers but how should I configure the rest my network settings on my macbook and Xbox so that
my Xbox can connect to the Xfinity network through my macbook? i.e. what should the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway on my Xbox be and what should the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Router options in the network settings of my Macbook (Imgur)

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. If a review is not available, all you can do is wait it out.

 

surely they've must of got something wrong. i cant be banned till december if they told me im banned till october 1st.

 

The suspension could have been extended if they found something else.

 

Sounds like a 100 day suspension extension due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

They are not eligible for a case review as far as I know.

You were suspended until October but the enforcement team found other violations you had committed while investigating your case & extended the suspension.

You might get a console privilege suspension as well to prevent you from using another account to avoid the suspension on your main account,which is a bannable offence by the way.
