Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    Let us know. Good Luck!!

Can't buy anything or do anything to do with Xbox

    Thanks!

I had already tried updating info and clearing the cache (five times). I finally managed to purchase the game after my parent found a way to disable "Ask for permission before buying" in the family app. Now I just have to figure out why my parent can't log in to the 360.

You should probably do that thing where you close the forum post so nobody else can comment, because I don't know how to do it.

Can't buy anything or do anything to do with Xbox

    Hello Harvey Morris,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I can see that you're experiencing issues with purchasing games on your Xbox 360. Based on the error code 80182300, it seems that there may be an issue with your payment method or account balance. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Make sure that your payment method is up to date and valid. You can check this by going to account.microsoft.com and selecting "Payment & billing" under your account name.

    2. Try clearing your Xbox 360's cache. To do this, go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear System Cache.

    3. If you're still having issues, you can contact Xbox Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and find a solution.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Xbox one not doing anything

    Hello CthulhuRlyeh 3D,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We recommend completing a soft factory reset. This factory reset will keep all games and applications installed on the console, but it will remove all the profiles as well. Therefore, the email address and password
of those accounts must be known before this step is taken. Normally, you would initiate the factory reset through the settings. Since you are unable to access the settings, you will need to complete the soft factory reset through the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
We will provide instructions on how to access this section of the console. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
    3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
      EJECT
button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button
      .
    4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

xbox one will not do anything

    Hey Steve -

If you haven't yet, definitely try giving your Xbox One console a >>power cycle<< to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, the next thing I'd recommend trying is
to >>factory reset<< your console while keeping your games and apps.

Give those a shot and let us know if either step helps!
