    XBOX NOT CONNECTING


    My xbox wont connect to the internet and i was talking to someone on the xbox live support live chat and they told me to come here because im on the preview programme and this is the type of stuff you deal with. So basically what is happening is everytime
    i go to start a party or invite someone to a party it says blocked and i have xbox live gold membership please help.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately you were sent to the wrong forums. If you are in the preview program then you'll need to post to the preview forums for more assistance.

    In the meantime try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
