    Xbox not connecting to Xbox live


    My Xbox is connected to the internet but it will not go online and when i go to test my network connection it says "Additional authentication needed" all my other devices are connected just fine and i already tried connecting my Xbox with a wired connection and it still didn't work and i also tried to restart and that didn't work also. What should i do to fix this issue?
