    Have been able to stream using my windows 10 computer for about a month and then the app fails to connect to the console. It is able to see it but not able to connect. Help? Tried so many things....(ie, reboot computer, reboot xbox, reboot router, using
    a wired connection to router).

    Can I use a Blue Tooth Adapter instead of a Xbox Adapter?

    Are you talking about connecting controllers to the PC?

    With a USB bluetooth adapter, you can connect one Xbox One S controller to the computer. Bluetooth connectivity requires your computer to be running Windows 10 (with the Anniversary update).

    Connecting Xbox 360 Wireless Controller to Windows 10

    I've fielded a couple of questions from people in Ambassador Support Chat having trouble connecting their wireless 360 controllers to a Windows 10 computer or the controller stops working after upgrading to Windows 10. This particular link provides the basics
    but may not have been updated for Windows 10 or at least I couldn't find it: Set Up an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows | Xbox Live.
    Remember you need an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for your Wireless Controller to work with your computer.

    Here's what I've found to work using your freshly upgraded Windows 10 Computer:

    Right click on Computer

    Go to Properties

    Click on Device Manager

    Right click on the Unidentified Device

    Go to Properties

    Go to the Driver tab

    Click on Update Driver…

    Browse my computer for driver software

    Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer

    Choose: Xbox 360 Controller for windows version: 10.0.10240.16384[7/9/2015]

    Update Driver Warning

    Click Yes

    • Are there any error messages when you tried to stream on the computer?
    • Have you done any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
    • Did the issue start after an update?
    • Are you able to stream using other apps on your computer without problems?

    If you have Windows 10 on your computer you can go to the Xbox app and log in to your account. That should connect it to your Xbox.
