Xbox not connecting to the internet

no matter what my Xbox won't connect to my wifi, ive tried a hard reset and unplugging my modem but that hasn't worked, and none of the other suggestions ive got from the console don't help since they all tell me to go to Xbox.com/networkhardware but that
site doesn't help at all, has anyone else got this issue or does anyone have a fix?

Hey Tantless, I have heard of issues when users try and connect through the Virgin Media Hub. Have you had a chance to ring your ISP about the issue, to see if they have any information to provide on the subject?

hello, my name is dean and i have recently had my internet installed in my new property. i have only recently purchased my xbox and have never connected it online. i have been through all the xbox live solution page and feel very frustrated as its
4am and i still not online lol.





Modem brand & model number: netgear vmdg280(virgin media hub)

Router brand & model number: netgear vmdg280 (virgin media hub)

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? new xbos with internal wifi

Things you have tried: all sugestion on xbox live solutions including checking DCHP and inputting ip addres etc manually

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? no

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Virgin media

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

W: 0000-0021

X: C000-4003

Y: 0000-0000

Z: 0000-0000

ID: 0001-0007

L:

Q:

T:

D:

S:

C:

any help on this matter will be greatly appriciated. im off to bed!!!
