    Xbox not connecting to Live


    I am having an issue where my box won't connect to xbox live.

    Last night it was working fine when I went to bed but I have woke up looking to watch some TV on my xbox but it won't connect to the internet.

    It is a wired connection and I have tried doing a hard restart, changed the DNS, MAC addresses and also the Port selection to no help, restarted my internet and I'm still having the same issue.

    It keeps saying it is not picking up the ethernet cable then it will start to connect to it, say I only have IPv4 connection and not IPv6. Then disappear and say nothing is connected. Then it will connect again but then with both IPv4 and IPv6, be connected for a matter of seconds then disconnected.

    I have tried to do a connection test but keeps saying the network changed during the test.

    My Wifi is working fine, my brothers Xbox is also working fine and connected to the internet. I have plugged the ethernet into my laptop and that also worked fine.

    It won't also connect to Wifi but I'm not sure if it's just the strength as it is far from the router and why I have it hard wired.

    It is an Xbox One X if that helps.
