    Xbox not connecting to internet


    I’m settings on my Xbox says it’s connected to wifi and having no issues but when I go to my Home Screen it asks me to connect to an “xbox network” and I cannot play games but I can use other apps such as Microsoft edge.

    thanks, but that is for when my xbox is connecting to the internet but not xbox live and my xbox wont connect to the internet either
