Xbox not connecting to anything

Not to sure but I have had the same thing its whiped every think all my games and data can't even connect to the internet when I play the campaign it don't even save it and its only fourteen months old . I've tryed talk to IPS they could not sort it. Tryed
talking to Xbox live they said send it back .

And now it suddenly worked without doing anything at all😑

Let's go through some steps and see what we can find.

First, do you have any other network connected devices, such as Computer, Mobile, Tablet or other consoles? Do they have any network problems, specially around the times you get disconnected on Xbox Live?

Is your Xbox controller updated to the latest update?

If you have had your Xbox on Instant On for some time, it might need a cold reboot.

You can do this by holding the Xbox logo button , on the console itself, pressed for about 5 seconds until it powers down (assuming it was on in the first place).

You will notice that in a few seconds after this the light on the power adapter will change from white to red. Give it a couple of seconds then start the Xbox again. If you are used to Instant On power mode, you will notice it takes a little longer for it
to boot than usual. This is normal.

You might also want to check your NAT settings, which is found under Settings -> Network.

It should say that NAT is OPEN, if it is anything other than that, your router needs to open some ports to insure that network connectivity is not hindered.

when I said reset on the xbox I did mean a soft factory reset, keeps the apps, and saves but deletes everything else (I belive)

but ok, ill try the hard reset stuff
