    Xbox not connecting to any internet


    So 1 day ago, my Xbox Series X stopped connecting to the internet, and was not connecting back. It’s about 16 months old, so from 2023. I feel like the problem is that I’ve been using the console so much? I use it 2 hours a day, but every day. I tried my hotspot, it’s not working so I’d like some help, Thanks.

    By everything I meant that I had tried all the steps that both my xbox had suggested and that the site had suggested to no avails. I apologize for being unclear. I am currently thinking that it might just be a problem with the hardware and if so i am
    out of luck as i am in no position to pay for repairs.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. For clarity's sake do you mind outlining what troubleshooting steps you mean when you say "everything"?

    Traditionally I would follow the steps provided
    here by Xbox.     When you get the chance, share what you have tried already and/or let us know if the steps provided helped.

    Xbox One update seems to have broken Netflix

    I've tested the internet connection and it seems to be fine. The Xbox shows that it is connected and I ran the Xbox internet speed test and it seemed to be fine. I can connect to the Microsoft Store and download games/apps. None of my other devices
    have any issues with connecting and using the Internet.
