Xbox not capturing screenshots despite saying screenshot successful

I'm trying to capture a screenshot of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition menu. I've hit the screenshot button 7 times (from guide, not controller), and each time it says "screenshot saved", but when I hold down the button to view the screenshot, I get this message "Check back soon! We're getting your clip ready." None of these screenshots are saved on my Xbox's internal storage, nor do they appear in the upload queue. The Xbox's messages are telling me the screenshots are being captured, but they appear nowhere that I can access.

When I enter the actual game's menu (picking one of the three games and entering that game's menu UI) the screenshot works fine. There is something about the general trilogy-wide UI for Mass Effect Legendary Edition that does not allow screenshots, despite my Xbox telling me that the screenshot has been captured. Okay, where is it? It doesn't exist. I'm getting a message saying my screenshot is captured, where does it go? Does God have to approve it in 30 years before I can see it reflected on my Xbox?

Why is my Xbox saying it's captured the screenshot I requested despite that screenshot clearly not being actually captured, or if it is it's inaccessible?

If you don't mind to try, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

My Xbox DVR capacity isn't low (when I enter DVR it doesn't notify me of my capacity), and I'll have to try the other troubleshooting methods. I haven't experienced this issue with any other game on this current console, and screenshots on this game in general aren't affected, just the menu part.

That's an odd situation, so.. Is this happening only with mass effect legendary collection?

We could try this in the meantime:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

If the issue persists, worth try reinstalling the game to see how it goes.

Also, if you have a lot of screenshots / clips, could you try delete the ones that you don't need (or export it to your phone using the Xbox app) and try again?

Yeah, everything global console-wise is up to date.

Can be an specific bug/glitch with this specific part of the game.

The best options (if you already tried reinstalling the game and it's happening again) are;

1. Report this problem to Microsoft, in case you need it I'm going to attach a link about how to do it :

2. Share this feedback too with EA or Bio ware (developers) in case the actual version of the game is the one with the bug.

Just to double check, is your console up to date and everything, right?
