    Xbox not appearing on screen


    My Xbox One won't show the image on my screen. I've reset it multiple times and unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I can let it sit for a couple hours then it'll work but it'll mess up again when I finish playing and cut it back off. And also,
    my Modern Warfare remastered disk won't install. I've disconnected it from the internet and tried that but it'll only get to 77% and stop. Please help

    is anyone else experiencing that when you press the home button, your Xbox Guide is not appearing on your screen? If so, how did you fix it

    On-Screen keyboard not appearing.

    Looks like a operative system issue, if the above possible solution doesnt fix, you might need to

    Factory Reset     your console. After please let us know if your issue has been fixed.

    Ok so I sign in and I can't type the keyboard doesn't show up I don't have a wireless keyboard and I can't type my Wi-Fi login so I can't use Xbox smartphone
    Hard reset should help you out

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One on-screen keyboard. I recommend to try troubleshooting the console.
    Try the following article: How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console
    (Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)

    Try this and let us know the results.

    I also have the same issue, loading screen appears for 20 to 30 seconds and just returns to the xbox home screen
